Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RBT to join our team at Central Care services. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing ABA services to our clients. Responsibilities
- Provide ABA services to clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies to support client goals
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
Requirements
- RBT certification
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
