We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Weekend RN Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Carolina Rehab Center of Burke in Connelly Springs, North Carolina. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and leading our nursing staff on weekends.

About the Role

As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department on weekends. This includes supervising a team of licensed nurses, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining policies and procedures, developing and managing patient care plans, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed nurses and other nursing staff on weekends, providing guidance and support as needed
• Develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed and maintained
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement activities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and patient satisfaction
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families
