Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide vital sign monitoring, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Assist with patient transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment
