Full Time/Night Shift 6:30PM-7:00AM
Only work 1 weekend/month!
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional nursing care while ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures as prescribed.
- Complete resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Supervise and support LPNs and STNAs while promoting quality resident care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN license in good standing.
- Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering outstanding resident care.
