Key Responsibilities
- Resident-Focused Care: Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with accuracy and compassion.
- Individualized Care Plans: Provide personalized care to meet each resident’s unique needs.
- Clinical Expertise: Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures to support residents’ health and comfort.
- Accurate Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed medical records of treatments and observations.
- Confidentiality: Safeguard patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
- Previous skilled nursing facility experience preferred but not required - we welcome motivated professionals eager to learn.
