Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments timely and according to policy
- Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders
- Follow established procedure for charting and reporting all reports of incidents/accidents (patients & employees)
- Identify and report changes in condition to supervisor, physician, and family
- Supervise nursing assistants and provide direct care to patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
