What You'll Be Doing
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism
- Implement individualized treatment programs
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collect session data and document client progress
- Collaborate with supervisors and families
- Support positive behavior change in homes, schools, and community settings
Who We're Looking For
- Compassionate and patient individuals who enjoy working with children
- Reliable professionals with strong communication skills
- Team players who are eager to learn and grow
- Candidates with a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- ABA experience is a plus, but not required
- Psychology, Education, Child Development, or related backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
