Home Health Aide, Caregiver

Location: Fritch, TX

Pay: $12–$15 per hour , weekly pay

Schedule: PRN (As Needed)

BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide in-home support to an older adult in Fritch, TX. This PRN opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and can provide patient, attentive care to an individual experiencing memory loss.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as needed.
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Support daily routines and provide reminders as appropriate.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition or behavior.
• Communicate with the family and care team regarding the client's needs.
• Follow the established care plan and agency procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred; dementia care experience is a plus.
• Patient, compassionate, dependable, and attentive.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting.
