About the Role
BrightCare Home Care is growing rapidly and we are looking for top-tier Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to join our elite team. As a Caregiver-Ville Platte, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care in our clients’ homes, including personal care, mobility and transfer assistance, light housekeeping and meal prep, companionship, and emotional support.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfer activities
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Provide care to seniors and individuals with disabilities with dignity and respect
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional caregiving experience
- CNA, HHA, or experienced caregiver
- Positive attitude and genuine heart for service
- Strong work ethic – reliable, punctual, consistent
- Proven history of showing up on time and not calling out
- Ability to provide compassionate care in a home setting
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
