Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
- Assist with vital signs and other clinical tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Requirements
Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality patient care with a focus on dignity and compassion
