About the Role
As an Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Providing direct patient care , including administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, and performing treatments
