Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide individual and family therapy for children and caregivers using psychoeducation and evidence-based interventions for a variety of diagnoses.
- Write comprehensive clinical notes that meet insurance standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary, supportive clinical team, and school.
Qualification Requirements for this Child and Family Therapist position:
- Active LPC-A License
- 1 year of experience post graduate school
- Passion for working with children and systems
- Experience in a clinical counseling role
- Fluency in bilingual (English/Spanish) therapeutic communication is highly desirable! (not required)
- Ability to conduct sessions in Spanish ie. provide interventions and psycho-education on various diagnosis/presenting issues.
