Are you an experienced RN looking for a weekend schedule with competitive pay ? Join our team at Berkshire Place Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and play an important leadership role in supporting our residents and nursing staff.
Position Overview
The Weekend RN Supervisor provides clinical leadership and oversight throughout the facility during the weekend overnight shift. This position helps ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care while supporting nursing staff and maintaining compliance with facility policies, care plans, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Rhode Island or applicable Compact State license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and support a nursing team in a fast-paced environment
