Job Summary
We're seeking a talented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! As a BCBA, you'll play a key role in developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Compensation and Schedule
- Pay Range: $65 - $80/hour
- Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time or Part-Time available
- Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
- Location: Remote in Tennessee
Requirements
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
