Position Summary
We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our close-knit Memphis area team.
As an RBT, you’ll work directly with children and families under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing behavior intervention plans that make a real difference .
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, day care, or other settings.
- Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
- Support social, communication, and daily living skill development.
- Maintain communication with supervisors and parents.
- Promote a positive, motivating environment for every client.
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification.
- Reliable transportation.
- A caring, patient, and professional attitude .
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $18–$24/hour depending on experience.
