About the Role
As an LPN at Beacon Ridge Nursing, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administration of medications, wound care, and routine vital sign checks
- Assisting with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
- Participating in interdisciplinary care conferences to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care and treatment
Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in long-term care or a related setting preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Strong communication and customer service skills
