As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) , you will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities for our residents. Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of walkers, wheelchairs, and other assistive devices
• Report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care for our residents

Requirements

• Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move residents as needed
