We’re currently seeking a dedicated Medical Records Clerk to join our Home Health & Hospice Department at our Galion location .
Position Overview
The Home Health and Hospice Medical Records Clerk communicates with physicians’ offices to make sure the agency stays in compliance. Completes duties within the Medical Records Department of agency. Ensures that physicians’ communications are complete, and entered correctly into the agency’s software. Works in cooperation with HHH clinical staff, HHH financial staff, and HHH leadership. Ensures that completion of duties as consistent with standards of accrediting and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications
Required
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year certificate from college or technical school or three (3) to six (6) months experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
