We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Avir at Corpus Christi. Responsibilities
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Administer medications, perform vital signs, and provide wound care as needed
- Monitor patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring a smooth transition for patients and families
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards
