Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor preferred
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to supervise nursing staff and ensure exceptional resident care
