About the job
Office Manager
The role of the Office Manager is to oversee the day to day operation of the dental office and ensure the overall success of the office by managing his/her associates and the patients. In addition, the Office Manager is to motivate and develop his/her team of associates by driving the corporate vision into the office.
Primary Responsibilities
- Exceed patients expectations in customer service and quality of care
- Manage a team of 10-15 associates
- Drive revenue and manage expenses to reach office profitability goals
- Ensure highly productive days by managing patient scheduling
Provide an excellent employee experience
Requirements
- 1-3 years dental management experience required!!
- 3-5 years customer service or sales experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field
