Position Overview
The Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates and treats patients across the lifespan, developing and implementing individualized care plans to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. This role includes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and rehabilitation support staff.

- Shift: Day Shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Department: Rehabilitation Services
- Location: West Jefferson, NC
- Travel: None required
- Compensation: Competitive; commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan, including pediatric through geriatric populations
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize outcomes
- Supervise and mentor PTAs and rehabilitation support staff
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensure: Current North Carolina license as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility)
- Certification: Current CPR certification
- Experience: Pediatric and/or neurological rehabilitation experience preferred
