Physician Office Supervisor

• Location: Racine and Franklin, WI
• Facility: All Saints Spring Street Campus
• Department: Pulmonology and Endocrinology and Specialty Float pool
• Schedule: Full-Time | 1.0 | Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
• Lead and Empower Your Team: Guide new team members through a smooth onboarding experience, while offering ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities to help every clinician thrive.
• Support Growth & Accountability: Partner with department leadership on meaningful performance evaluations, constructive feedback, and individual development plans.
• Shape the Future of Care: Serve as an active clinical voice on multidisciplinary committees and collaborative initiatives, helping launch innovative services and continuously improve patient outcomes.
• Champion Clinical Excellence: Foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability by ensuring departmental workflows and care protocols align with best-in-class organizational standards.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
