EMS Coordinator

• Department: Emergency Department
• Schedule: Day shift | Full-time
• Cultivate strategic relationships with community partners and healthcare leaders to drive organizational growth and expand service reach.
• Implement pipeline development initiatives by sharing vital information about hospital services and specialists to strengthen external partnerships.
• Conduct targeted meetings with key partners to identify needs and provide educational solutions that improve facility utilization and patient satisfaction.
• Develop and track strategic growth plans to overcome obstacles and ensure the organization meets its long-term community care targets.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional Preferences

• Paramedic license and RN license preferred.
