About the Role

• Providing direct care to residents, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
• Participating in care planning and implementing individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of resident care
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents
