About the job
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at Asbury Heights. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to patients and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs
- Develop and implement nursing care plans
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms and behavior
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and options
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
Requirements
- Current RN license
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed
