ARMStaffing is looking for a Certified Surgical Technologist, CVOR (Day Shift) in Miami, Florida.

Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule/Shift
Monday through Friday (7 am - 3:30 pm). On Call: 2 weekends/month & 2 weekdays/week covering Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Job Description
The CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist will support a range of procedures, including CABGs, AVRs, MVRs, thoracotomies, ECMO setups, pacemakers, tracheostomies, and maze procedures. This position involves working in a collaborative environment with O.R. RNs and other surgical team members, ensuring the highest standards of patient care are maintained.
The facility utilizes the Meditech documentation system, and the role includes maintaining sterile techniques and assisting with all surgical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist with surgical procedures in the CVOR setting.
- Maintain sterile field and equipment.
- Prepare and manage surgical instruments and supplies.
- Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.
Required Experience
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist.
- Experience in a CVOR setting is preferred.
Certifications/Licensure
- Surgical Technologist Certification required.
- ACLS and BLS certifications are preferred.
