Arkansas Family Dental is looking for motivated and compassionate Front Office Team Members to join our growing team. This role is essential to creating an exceptional patient experience and ensuring our office runs smoothly each day.

Responsibilities may vary depending on the role you are placed in and may include:

• Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience
• Answering phones and assisting patients with questions or scheduling needs
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
• Verifying insurance benefits and assisting with patient accounts
• Communicating with patients regarding treatment, appointments, and office policies
• Collecting payments and assisting patients with financial questions
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinating with doctors, assistants, and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow
• Assisting with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Supporting team members across the front office when needed

Dental or healthcare office experience is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
