Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Receives and directs telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensures that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals need
and rights.
- Compiles reports and types general or technical material
- Coordinates outgoing and incoming mail to the facility
- Performs other duties are requested.
High School degree or equivalent is required.
