Job Summary
The LPN Assistant Director of Nursing assists nursing leadership with the daily operations of the nursing department and helps ensure quality resident care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the DON with nursing department operations.
- Support nursing staff and resident care.
- Monitor documentation and clinical practices.
- Assist with staffing and scheduling.
- Participate in care planning and quality improvement.
- Help address resident and family concerns.
- Assist with training and education.
- Support regulatory compliance and facility policies.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license.
- Previous long-term-care experience required/preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
