About the job
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality nursing care to our residents under the direction of the supervising nurse and in accordance with applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care according to resident care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as authorized.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation.
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
- Supervise CNAs as applicable.
- Follow infection-control and safety procedures.
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license.
- Long-term-care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Compassionate and dependable.
