About the job
aQua Dialysis League City is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to provide great customer service to our patients and to assist our staff in daily operations. This is a Mon day to Friday position with full-time benefits .
The Administrative Assistant greets patients and assists them to check-in, fill out new patient forms, and make and reschedule appointments. Th is role also answer s the phone and moni tor s the fax line. In the back office, the AA credential s doctors , keep s the inventory in order, and ship s laboratory specimens.
An ideal candidate has at least six months experience in a dialysis unit and is familiar with medical terms and HIPAA regulations . In the dialysis unit, t hey are professional in assisting patients and teammates.
