Position Overview

As a Per Diem BCaBA , you'll support individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a qualified BCBA.

You'll collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and families to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that helps children reach their full potential.

Position Details

• Hourly Pay: $55–$60/hour
• Employment Type: Per Diem / Hourly
• Work Setting: Home-Based (In-Person)
• Schedule: Flexible, based on case availability
• Clinical Supervision: Provided by qualified BCBA supervisors

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and monitoring of individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Support behavioral assessments, skill acquisition programs, and ongoing progress evaluations.
• Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs and Behavior Technicians within your authorized scope of practice.
• Collect, review, and analyze behavioral data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and families to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Support parent and caregiver training as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with BACB standards, HIPAA requirements, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

Required

• Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Bachelor's degree meeting applicable BACB certification requirements.
• Eligibility to provide BCaBA services in Arizona, including any applicable state licensing or registration requirements.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families and clinical teams.
• Reliable transportation to provide home-based services.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred

• Experience providing ABA services in home-based settings.
• Previous experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians.
• Familiarity with electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems.
• Strong commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
