About the job

About the Position

As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities include

  • Implementing individualized, one-on-one ABA treatment plans.
  • Collecting accurate session data and tracking client progress.
  • Following behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
  • Communicating regularly with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff.
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Supporting family involvement and promoting generalization of skills.

Schedule

  • Availability: Afternoons, 3:00 PM–7:00 PM.
  • Preferred candidates: BTs seeking consistent afternoon cases.
  • Setting: In-home or clinic-based therapy, depending on case availability.

Qualifications

  • Previous ABA experience preferred.
  • RBT certification preferred; qualified candidates pursuing certification may also be considered.
  • A background in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field is a plus.
  • Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care.
