Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Saturday Flexibility Mandatory

Applied ABC is seeking an organized, dependable, and proactive Center Administrator to support the daily operations of our ABA therapy center. This role combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on support to ensure a positive experience for children, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily center operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist with scheduling, organization, and follow-up.
• Provide hands-on support throughout the center as needed.
• Communicate professionally with families, staff, and leadership.
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proactive, dependable, and detail oriented.
• Comfortable balancing administrative and operational responsibilities.
• Availability for Saturdays is a must.
