Home Health/Home Care RN/LVN - PRN/Part Time

We are looking for RN and LVN superstars to join our fantastic team. Please be willing to assist in coordinating home health/home care clinical services under the direction of local staff and coordinating the quality, continuity, and delivery of skilled service. Our clients and their care is top priority for us.

You will help us to ensure that clinical standards of quality and service are met. Assures compliance with federal, state, and local government and company policies. Perform non-OASIS assessments for new clients and supervisory visits for existing clients.

This position will begin as PRN and may work into part time. Local travel required.

Additional requirements include

• Home Health and/or Home Care experience a must
• Minimum of 2 year nursing experience
• Flexible hours
• Work independently with your community
