Always Best Care Albuquerque–Rio Rancho–Santa Fe is currently building a dedicated team of compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide 24/7 in-home care for a client in Los Alamos, New Mexico.
This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers looking for consistent hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to become part of a stable care team.
💰 Pay: $25.00 per hour
About the Opportunity
We are developing a team of caregivers to provide around-the-clock care, 7 days a week . Multiple caregivers will work together to ensure dependable coverage and continuity of care.
Because this is ongoing full-time care, we are looking for individuals who are reliable, compassionate, professional, and committed to providing excellent care.
Responsibilities May Include
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- Personal care and hygiene assistance
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship and supervision
- Providing a safe and comfortable home environment
- Communicating important changes or concerns to the care team
What We're Looking For
We are seeking caregivers who
- Have a genuine passion for caring for seniors
- Are dependable and committed to their scheduled shifts
- Have reliable transportation
- Can work effectively as part of a coordinated care team
- Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and compassion
- Are comfortable providing one-on-one care in a client's home
CNA, HHA, PCA, or previous caregiving experience is strongly welcomed.
