Always Best Care is looking for Part-Time Home Health Aides / Caregivers to join our team and provide compassionate, non-medical care and support to our clients in their homes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be a high school graduate
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Trustworthy and responsible
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and follow client care instructions
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous caregiving, home health, CNA, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Depending on the client's needs and care plan, responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Assisting with personal care and hygiene
• Helping with mobility and transfers
• Meal preparation and assistance with meals
• Light housekeeping related to the client's care
• Providing medication reminders as directed
• Accompanying clients to appointments or activities when needed
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
• Providing compassionate, respectful, and dependable care
