PT/FT Registered Nurse Needed - Florence Team

Almost Family, LLC is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Bend team to serve our Central Oregon clients. We provide in-home care services to seniors and individuals with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities.

Position Details

• Office Location: 2775 Hwy 101 Suite C Florence, OR 97439
• Schedule: Part-time or Full-time, 20-35 hours per week
• Pay: $40.00-45.00 per hour
• Schedule: Flexible

What You'll Do

• Conduct 30 and 90-day Quality Monitoring Visits (QMVs) for clients receiving medication services.
• Provide medication training and orientation to caregivers and clients as appropriate.
• Maintain and update Medication Administration Records (MARs) .
• Update and maintain care plans and Quality Monitoring Visit documentation.
• Complete documentation and updates using Google Drive and electronic systems .
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure clients receive safe, consistent, and high-quality care.
• Identify and communicate changes in client needs or medication-related concerns.

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid RN license in Oregon .
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently.
• Comfortable working as part of a collaborative care team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Central Oregon .
