About the job
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable, caregiver that provide companionship and daily living support to an individual in a home and community setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and engage in friendly conversation.
- Support community walks and outings, especially during periods of anxiety.
- Assist with grocery shopping and medical appointments.
- Support healthy meal preparation and food choices.
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and taking out the trash.
- Provide encouragement with daily routines and household tasks.
- Support personal goals and preferred activities.
Requirements
- CPT First Aid
- Live Scan
- Negative TB test within last two years
