About the job
The Youth Therapist contributes to AHF by having a therapy / counseling background and experience with crisis intervention.
The Youth Therapist enhances the reputation of AHF by providing one-on-one counseling and crisis intervention with LGBTQ youth and their families.
You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.
To be successful as the Youth Therapist, it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF, we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and
workplace for our employees.
AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.
The Youth Therapist will work as a part of a close-knit team to provide timely and thorough treatment planning and providing
accurate updates on client progress through documentation of case notes.
Licenses and Certifications: Masters degree in a counseling field, registered intern status minimum requirement, license preferred.
Two years office experience and computer experience.
