This Case Manager travel nurse position in Lebanon, New Hampshire, with Advantis Medical is a 13-week Travel Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN) contract at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. This role pays $2,434 per week and follows a Days shift with a 5x8 schedule.
In this Case Manager travel nursing role, you will provide patient care in a hospital setting, assess and monitor patient conditions, support urgent interventions, document care accurately, and collaborate with physicians and the clinical care team during fast-moving patient situations.

Travel Nursing Requirements
- 2+ years of recent Case Manager nursing experience
- Active New Hampshire RN License
