About the job
Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their home environment throughout Hudson County, NJ .
Founded in 2015 by BCBAs and LCSWs , ABS provides individualized in home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help children strengthen communication, independence, and daily living skills.
This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in psychology, education, behavioral health, or working with children .
What We Offer
- $20 – $29 per hour depending on experience and credentials
- Flexible part time schedules after school and weekends
- Consistent weekly hours with one student
- Supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs
- Opportunities to pursue Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Behavior Technician Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy with a student in their home
- Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Use ABA strategies such as prompting, reinforcement, modeling, and redirection
- Track and document student progress during each session
- Communicate effectively with families and supervisors
Preferred Background

- Experience working with children
RBT certification/ Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
