Job Summary

Aberjona Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team in Winchester, MA. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment while supporting daily clinical operations and collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals. You will also help supervise and support nursing staff, promote teamwork, and ensure residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with established clinical protocols, professional standards, and safe nursing practices.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor residents for effectiveness and potential adverse reactions.
• Assess residents' conditions, identify changes in health status, and report concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Supervise, guide, and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff on assigned units.
• Participate in resident admissions, discharges, transfers, and ongoing care coordination.
• Maintain accurate and timely resident documentation in accordance with facility policies and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans and positive resident outcomes.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and a respectful care environment.
• Follow infection prevention procedures and applicable federal, state, and facility requirements.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and respond appropriately to changing resident needs.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
