About the Role
We are actively hiring compassionate and experienced caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care for seniors. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference while building a stable and flexible career.
Caregivers play a vital role by helping clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home through daily support and companionship.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support mobility and safe transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
- Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
- Assist with errands and transportation
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year caregiving experience preferred (personal or professional)
- Experience with ADLs and mobility assistance
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills
- Able to meet California Home Care Aide (HCA) requirements
Bonus Qualifications (Not Required but a PLUS)
- Experience with dementia, hospice, or stroke recovery care
- Bilingual (Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin, etc.)
