Wyomissing Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Reading, Pennsylvania!

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving functional outcomes and quality of life.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services to short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
• Conduct dysphagia assessments and implement appropriate swallowing interventions.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, dietitians, and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and communication strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) .
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and facility regulations.

What We're Looking For

Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Previous SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
