Our 103-bed facility, located in Reading, Pennsylvania, offers a full continuum of care, from temporary respite stays to long-term skilled nursing care. We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
About the Certified Nursing Assistant Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing vital signs and observing residents' conditions
- Assisting with mobility and transferring residents
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and supervision with daily living skills
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and observations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and outcomes
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude and provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and coworkers

Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Requirements
- Must be a certified Nursing Assistant CNA in the state of Pennsylvania
- Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA preferred, new graduates welcome to apply!
