Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide vital sign measurements and document observations
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and range of motion exercises
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to ensure their needs are met
