• Short visits and full-day shifts
• Mornings, afternoons, and evenings

• Overnight care
• Part-time, fill-in availability, options to work up to Full-time

Skills You'll Put to Work

• Personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting done with dignity and respect
• Safe transfers and mobility: proper body mechanics, gait belts, and assistive equipment
• Dementia and Alzheimer’s care: person-centered approaches that reduce stress and preserve independence
• Observation and reporting: noticing changes in a client’s condition and reporting them to your care team
• Daily living support: meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
• Companionship: real connection that honors each client’s history and personality

What You Bring

• 1+ years of in-home caregiving or similar hands-on experience
• Valid California Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration
• Proven skill with transfers, lifts, and safe mobility assistance
• Dementia or Alzheimer’s experience (strongly preferred)
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before start)
• Current TB test (within last 90 days or willingness to obtain before start)
• Reliable transportation and valid California driver’s license
• A warm, patient, professional way with clients and families

What We Offer

💰 $21–$22 per hour
