About the job
Warsaw Meadows Care Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Warsaw, IN .
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality nursing care under the medical direction of the resident’s attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. Our nursing team is committed to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care while working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
Shifts Available
- PRN
Rate: Negotiable
RN Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care with compassion, skill, and professionalism.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
- Coordinate care with CNAs and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and services.
- Interact respectfully with residents, families, and staff while promoting dignity and well-being.
- Follow facility policies, infection control standards, and safety protocols.
RN Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older .
- Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
